Bus Transport to Glenbrook Meeting on Saturday 7th July.
Jonathan Stuart will be operating a bus service to this meeting. There will be no charge to members or anyone they wish to bring with them. Meccano models can be accommodated on board.
There will be two pickup points for the bus.
Austlink Business Park, Belrose (for members from the Northern Beaches area).
10:25 am departure.
If approaching from Forest Way, enter via the traffic lights at Garigal Rd and turn left at the first roundabout.
If approaching along Mona Vale Rd from St Ives, enter through the tunnel and go straight ahead at the 1st roundabout, then take 3rd exit at the next roundabout.
Either way should put you in Narabang Way Nos. 11-25.
Park near the far end of the road.
Telopea (for members coming down Pennant Hills Rd).
11:05am departure.
Turn left into Evans Rd and proceed for 1.6kms to Lord Ave on the left at the top of a hill, bordering Acacia Park.
Cars should be parked in Lord Ave.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL NOT WAIT FOR LATECOMERS. WE HAVE A TIMETABLE TO KEEP! PLEASE ARRIVE AT THE PICKUP POINT AT LEAST 10 MINUTES BEFORE THE BUS IS DUE AND HAVE YOUR MODEL READY TO LOAD ONTO THE BUS.
The return journey will be made whenever members are ready to leave but probably around 3:00pm.
